My Digital Discount Guarantee guarantees all products to arrive to the customer in working order and in compliance with manufacturer specifications. Any product delivered to the customer not meeting the aforementioned criteria are eligible for replacement, no questions asked, up to 30 days after the item was received. In the case that a product stops functioning after 30 days from receiving it, any warranties will need to be taken up with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not have a branch in the US, we will make an exception to this rule and accept the return.

While we attempt to provide as much compatibility information for each product as possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure that a certain product or device will function properly with their existing equipment. We invite our customers to inquire about compatibility concerns through our Customer Service page prior to purchase. All questions will be answered to the best of our ability in the order we receive them.

Manufacturer First Policy

During the warranty period of any product purchased from, the customer must first contact the manufacturer before requesting a return or refund from My Digital Discount. Due to the technical nature of the products we offer, oftentimes the manufacturer can shed some light on usability or help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

Return Terms

In the circumstance that a product purchased from does not function properly within the first 30 days of your products arrival, it is eligible for a return for replacement or store credit.

All returns must be approved by a My Digital Discount customer service representative, at which time they will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for replacement to assure a speedy return process.

To request a return, call toll free 1-866-217-1800 to talk to a customer service representative or simply fill out our online RMA Request Form.

All returns must display the corresponding RMA number on the outside of the package in plain sight and include a completed written Product Return Form with the product itself. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the return process. Shipping costs incurred to return the package to My Digital Discount are the responsibility of the customer. will then waive shipping expenses to return the product back to the customer.

When returning a product, we recommend using the most economic method available that will return the product to My Digital Discount in like new condition including all original packaging. We also strongly suggest choosing a shipping method that includes a delivery confirmation, or tracking, number and insurance to not only assist us in the return process but to protect the customer in the case of a lost package.

Upon receiving the product, all returns undergo review by our product testing department before replacements are approved. Once we verify that a return is defective, a replacement will be issued through our shipping department. The replacement product will then be shipped according to your original shipping request. If the original order was shipped via UPS then your package will be shipped UPS Ground. If the original order was shipped via USPS then your package will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. All other arrangements need to be made directly between the customer and a MDD representative.

All returned products will be replaced with the same exact product or one of equal price and specification with the customer's consent. If an upgrade of the current product is requested by the customer and the upgrade price is greater than the return, the customer will be invoiced for the difference between the present value of the product they are returning and the product they are upgrading to. For example, if a customer purchases a product for 80 dollars 6 months ago, and the product is now 40 dollars, that customer will only have 40 dollars credit towards an upgrade.

If a product is returned for store credit, the full price of the product will be applied to the customer's account for future purchases.

In the chance that a product cannot be replaced with the exact product or one of equal price and specification, and the customer forgoes a store credit, a refund can be issued for the price of the product.

If a customer returns a product and does not desire a replacement, My Digital Discount will issue a refund of the product's purchase price minus shipping costs and a possible restocking fee up to 15%.

All open item returns for a refund will incur a mandatory 15% restocking fee.

Express Delivery Notice
All orders necessitating same day shipping must be placed before 3:00 PM EST.
In extreme circumstances an order placed after 3:00 PM EST can be shipped the same day but must be confirmed by phone and may incur a processing fee.
All other orders will be shipped within 0-2 business days of the order date pending product availability.
