Temporary Restrictions

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure, customer returns will be suspended starting March 15th, until further notice.

We kindly ask customers to keep all return items safe until notified by email that we are again accepting return packages. Additionally, our 30-day return period will be extended on any item purchased after 3/1/20, starting on the date we begin accepting returns.

MY Satisfaction Guarantee

MyDigitalDiscount.com guarantees all products to arrive to the customer in working order and in compliance with manufacturer specifications. Any product delivered to the customer not meeting the aforementioned criteria are eligible for replacement, no questions asked, up to 30 days after the item was received. In the case that a product stops functioning after 30 days from receiving it, any warranties will need to be taken up with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not have a branch in the US, we will make an exception to this rule and accept the return.

Manufacturer First Policy

During the warranty period of any product purchased from MyDigitalDiscount.com, we require all customers to first contact the manufacturer before requesting a return or refund from My Digital Discount. Due to the technical nature of the products we offer, oftentimes the manufacturer can shed some light on usability or help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

Request a Return

To ensure fast and efficient processing, all returns must be approved by a MyDigitalDiscount.com customer service representative by phone or email* before attempting to return your item(s).

Upon approval of your request, he or she will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you will use to complete the RMA form required with your return package.

My Digital Discount offers returns for replacement, credit, refund, and service/repair on select items.

Return for Replacement

My Digital Discount accepts returns for replacement within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

Customers may choose to exchange their item for an identical model number or for a different product offered on MyDigitalDiscount.com. When choosing a different product, customers may be charged or refunded the difference in price between the incoming and outgoing items at the time of their return.

Replacements are shipped within 2-3 business days after we've received your return using the same carrier chosen during your initial order.

Expedited shipping arrangements on replacement items must be made during your initial return request with our customer service representative.

Return Shipping Responsibility

When returning an item for replacement, the customer assumes all shipping charges on items returned to MyDigitalDiscount.com. In turn, My Digital Discount will assume all shipping charges on items returned to the customer. Exceptions may be made if an item is deemed defective upon return inspection or if an item was shipped in error.

Return for Store Credit or Refund

My Digital Discount accepts returns for store credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

In the chance that a product cannot be replaced with the exact product or one of equal price and specification, the customer will receive store credit for the full total of their original order.

If the customer forgoes store credit in favor of a refund, My Digital Discount will issue a refund based on the current price of the item minus shipping costs and, upon inspection, a possible restocking fee up to 15% for used or open box items.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your billing statement.

Return Shipping Responsibility

When returning an item for credit or refund, the customer assumes all shipping charges on items returned to MyDigitalDiscount.com. Exceptions may be made if an item is deemed defective upon return inspection or if an item was shipped in error.

Preparing Your Return

Before shipping your return, make sure to:

  • Contact My Digital Discount for a valid RMA number.
  • Download and complete your RMA form.
  • Remove all personal data and disconnect the device from your cloud or other personal electronics, when applicable.
  • Find and include any and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, when applicable.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package. Failure to do so could delay the return process.

When shipping a return, we recommend customers choose an economical shipping method that provides a tracking or delivery confirmation number to protect yourself from lost packages.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How long do I have to make a return?
My Digital Discount will handle any return for up to thirty days after you receive the product. After thirty days, you will need to contact the manufacturer and arrange a return or exchange through them. If the manufacturer does not have a branch in the United States, we will make an exception and help you with the return.

Can you send me a return label?
Generally, no. Return labels are only provided to correct an error on the part of our order fulfillment team.

What is the return address for sending back an RMA?
As outlined on our RMA form, returns must be sent to the address below. Please remember to have your RMA number marked in plain sight on the package.

Will I be reimbursed for shipping?
Unfortunately, customer shipping costs are non-refundable with the exception of error on the part of our order fulfillment team. However, if your return is eligible for a replacement, we will cover the shipping fee when sending your new product.

What if I don’t have all the original packaging or accessories that came with my item?
That’s okay! We accept returns on items missing packaging or accessories but, in some instances, we may charge a small restocking fee to cover the cost of the missing items.

I purchased a bundle. Can I return one or more of the bundle items?
Yes, we accept partial returns for replacement or refund on bundle items purchased on MyDigitalDiscount.com. Reimbursements on bundle items returned for refund will be issued at an adjusted price calculated by (1) bundle pricing at the time of the return and (2) product inspection of the item(s) returned to our facility.

I returned the wrong item by mistake. What do I do?
Simply contact a customer service representative to let them know of the mistake. Once your package arrives, we will arrange to have item returned to you. Please note, My Digital Discount cannot be held liable for damaged or lost items shipped to us in error.

Is there anything I can't return?
MyDigitalDiscount.com does not accept returns on product activation codes, downloadable software, or personalized items.
