Price Protection Policy

Due to the nature of the products we offer, MyDigitalDiscount.com prices are subject to change without notice. If a product’s price is discounted by 10% or more within 3 business days of your purchase date, then you may be eligible for price protection.

With price protection, customers can request a claim to credit or refund the difference in price to their account or credit card.

Request a Claim

Simply, call or email a customer service representative with your order number to request a claim for the difference in price.

All price protection claims are subject to review and approval by a My Digital Discount representative and must be received within 5 business days of the product being shipped. Sorry, no exceptions.

Upon approval, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your billing statement.

Price Protection Exclusions

Not valid on major holiday sales events like Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Green Monday or on pricing listed with a typographical error.


This policy only applies to purchases made from MyDigitalDiscount.com. Purchases made through Amazon, Newegg, or other online marketplaces will not qualify.
