Partial Shipping

At this time, MyDigitalDiscount.com does not offer a partial shipping option during online checkout. We do, however, accept requests to have online orders split and shipped as items become available to us.

Currently, if a customer places an order for 1 in-stock item and 1-backordered item, by default, their full order will be held until the backorder item arrives. By requesting partial shipping, our team will adjust the order to ship the in-stock item right away and later send the backorder item separately once stock arrives.

My Digital Discount does not send partial shipments unless contacted by a customer asking to do so.

Request Partial Shipping

Customers can request partial shipping at any point in your order by:

  • Leaving a note in the Comments section during checkout asking for partial shipping.
  • Contacting a customer service representative to assist in placing a new or splitting an existing order.

Please note that choosing partial shipping will result in an additional shipping charge for each package sent.
