I had recently purchased 2 M.2 2280 (240gb) NVME SSD's and set them up in RAID 0 mode. I tested these drives in standard mode first just to see some benchmark scores. With my system specs. I achieve well beyond the drives rated Read 2600 / write 1300. I have achieved 2790 Read and 2100 write. In RAID 0 mode, I have boosted to 3700 Read and 3450 write. and loading programs and booting Windows now take a matter of a few seconds (under 10 seconds)
