The HP Stream Mini Desktop is a compact PC that requires little desk space and, at the same time, is a very open to upgrades in RAM and storage.
In the following video, Tommy Manning (aka theman7431) upgrades the stock 32GB drive in his HP Stream 200-010 Mini Desktop with a 128GB MyDigitalSSD Super Boot Eco (SBe) 42mm (2242) SATA III/6G M.2 NGFF SSD for added speed and storage.
The upgrade is quick and easy, taking less than 5 minutes for Manning to unscrew the PC casing, remove the 32GB stock SanDisk drive, insert the 128GB MyDigitalSSD SBe M.2 NGFF, and reassemble the case.
In the follow up video below, Manning debunks HP's claims of a 32GB limitation and Windows 8.1 incompatibility on the HP Stream 200-010 Mini Desktop.
Using Windows 8.1 Boot Software, Tommy provides a step-by-step walkthrough of a fresh Windows 8.1 install on the 128GB MyDigitalSSD SBe M.2 NGFF from his previous video.
Overall, upgrading the HP Stream Mini is an easy and affordable upgrade to make with the 128GB MyDigitalSSD SBe M.2 NGFF SSD.

Finally, it's important to note that variations of the HP Stream Mini may not support the same SSD upgrade. Click here to see if your model is M.2 compatible.
