A quick Google search may tell you that OCZ drives aren't all they're cracked up to be. According to Tom's Hardware, the OCZ Vertex 2 SSD with 34 nm NAND flash work well under pressure. They noted that, “the 34 nm-based Vertex 2 picks up significantly more performance when it’s bombed with concurrent requests.” In one of their benchmark tests, the average I/O operations per second were seen to be 25% higher on the 34 nm than on the 25 nm.

Overall, with solid performance from a reputable company, you can’t go wrong with the OCZ Vertex 2 34nm SSD or any of their 34 nm SATA II drives.
