Shipping Your Order

My Digital Discount prides itself on quickly shipping all orders to our customers with a low shipping fee. We currently offer United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options.

MyDigitalDiscount.com orders are processed and shipped in the order they were received. If all items ordered are in stock, the order will be shipped as requested and arrive at the scheduled delivery times below. If an item is out of stock or there is a delay in your order, you will be notified via email or phone. (Please note: Emails may contain PDF attachments that may be flagged by your email's SPAM folder.)

In the case that an item is backordered, your full order will be held until it can be filled completely. We do not send partial shipments unless we are contacted by the customer to do so over the phone.

If you have received shipping information but there is no activity on your package, please try again later that evening. In some cases, shipping information cannot be tracked online until after 8PM EST.

If you find any problems with the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number provided for your shipment, we ask that you check with UPS.com or USPS.com before contacting My Digital Discount.


Express Shipments

Attention Rush Orders: All orders necessitating a same day shipment must be placed before 3 PM EST. Orders placed online after 3 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day with the originally selected shipping option. If you need a product shipped out between 3PM EST and 4:30PM EST please call a MyDigitalDiscount.com representative to assist you at 1-866-217-1800.


Domestic Shipping Options

Orders placed before 3PM EST, that choose UPS shipping, will ship the same day unless there is a stock issue. Post Office orders will ship within 1 business day unless there is a stock issue.

Additional charges may apply to UPS shipments heading to HI, AK, or if the package is excessively heavy.

Customer selected shipping options may be changed to the closest alternative method if an address is not recognized for the originally selected option though the chosen shipping provider.

MyDigitalDiscount.com Domestic Shipping options are for United States shipping addresses only. International shipping addresses that select any of the methods above will automatically be changed to UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Standard to Canada, notified via email, and charged accordingly.

If there is a question regarding a shipment while the package is in transit between MyDigitalDiscount.com and the customer, we ask that all customers contact the shipping provider first for more information. Delays in shipments due to the shipping provider are out of the hands of My Digital Discount and need to be taken up with the provider directly.

* Orders under $25 may be subject to a lead time of 5-7 days if we do not carry active stock of the items ordered.

*Post Office shipments are given Delivery Confirmation numbers that can be used to track the package but are not always 100% accurate. My Digital Discount is not responsible for packages lost or damaged using USPS shipping methods.

International Shipping Options

Orders placed before 3PM EST, that choose UPS shipping, will ship the same day unless there is a stock issue. Post Office orders will ship within 1 business day unless there is a stock issue.

Please note: All necessary steps are taken to expedite the Customs process but we are not responsible for any delays due to Customs review.

Customs charges, brokerage fees, and import taxes are not included in My Digital Discount's Shipping and Handling cost and are the sole responsibility of the end customer.

Duties and Taxes on International Packages

Shipping from the United States to another country can sometimes result in additional charges by the receiving country's customs agency. My Digital Discount is in no way responsible for these charges, nor does it profit from them in any way.

It is the customer's responsibility to know what those charges may be and be prepared to pay them when the delivery is made. My Digital Discount ships all international packages via UPS Worldwide Express Saver unless specifically told to do otherwise by the customer.

If a package is refused by the customer, these taxes are then charged to My Digital Discount. When the package returns to My Digital Discount a refund will be issued to the customer minus the initial shipping cost to the destination, the return cost to our office, and total taxes charged.

**USPS Priority Mail International is only available upon request over the phone with a MyDigitalDiscount.com representative.

***Post Office shipments are given Delivery Confirmation numbers that can be used to track the package but are not always 100% accurate. My Digital Discount is not responsible for packages lost or damaged using USPS shipping methods. Also, we will not ship USPS First Class Mail Internationally due to the inability to properly track shipments, poor package handling, and inexact shipping times. It is simply too risky to send products we offer overseas using First Class Mail shipping.

Verifying International Orders

Occasionally when a customer places an order on MyDigitalDiscount.com with a credit card issued to them outside of the United States, our software may not be able to correctly verify the billing address. In the event where we can not verify this information, the customer will receive an email from orders[at]mydigitaldiscount.com asking for additional credit card information. Below is an example of the email that person may receive from our service department.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Our software was unable to correctly verify your billing address.

Due to recent fraudulent activities with international orders we will require additional information to complete your order.

We will need a copy of the front and back of the credit card used to place the order via email or fax. Please block out the middle eight digits, CSC code, and Signature on the back for your protection. All we need is to see that you are in fact the cardholder and the name you placed the order with appears on the card itself.

Local Pickup

My Digital Discount offers local pick up for the surrounding areas of Oswego, New York.

Pickup hours are Monday through Friday between 9AM to 4:30PM EST. Please call us at (315) 343-0090 to verify stock availability before placing your order or stopping in.

Partial Shipping

In the case that an item is backordered, your full order will be held until it can be filled completely. We do not send partial shipments unless we are contacted by the customer.

To request a partial shipment, simply call us toll free at 1-866-217-1800 and a customer service representative will assist you in splitting up your order.

Please note: Choosing this option will result in a shipping cost for each package sent.

Specialized Shipping Requests

To accommodate both our foreign and domestic customers, MyDigitalDiscount.com also offers FedEx shipping upon request as well as the ability to ship on a customer's company account in special circumstances. The request for either option needs to be made directly over the phone with a My Digital Discount representative before placing an order to verify stock availability and confirm all shipping information.

Please note: The turnaround time on these options may take 24-48 hours depending on the method chosen.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Please read our Returns Policy and Order Cancellation Policy pages if you wish to return a product or cancel your order.

Do not refuse your package unless told to do so by a My Digital Discount representative. Refusing a package can result in a lost package or extended delays in replacements or refunds issued.

Refusing a UPS package will result in a second shipping charge from UPS that will be subtracted from your refund total.

Order Cancelations must be made before the order is shipped. In the event an order is canceled after the package has already left the warehouse, the customer will be subject to reimburse My Digital Discount for all fees incurred during the shipping and handling process. This will include the original shipping cost, the intercept fee from UPS, and any fees involved with charging credit cards.

Express Delivery Notice
All orders necessitating same day shipping must be placed before 3:00 PM EST.
In extreme circumstances an order placed after 3:00 PM EST can be shipped the same day but must be confirmed by phone and may incur a processing fee.
All other orders will be shipped within 0-2 business days of the order date pending product availability.
