Zack - We do not stock any of the older-style mPCIe SSDs that feature on board controllers at this time but we'd be open to doing so if there's an increase in demand. -------------------------------- Merry - From what we can find, it appears your best bet is a 1.8" ZIF. We suggest checking out MX-Technology's MX-NANO ZIF drives found in the link below. http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/mx-technology-pata-zif/ |

Les Stobee, You'll need a 70mm Mini PCIe SSD to upgrade your ASUS netbook. They're becoming harder to find as mSATA SSDs grow in popularity but we still offer a few Mini PCIe options from Super Talent in the link below. http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/solid-state-drives-sata-mini-pci-e-ssd/?xsearch_brand=26 |

sivakumar - That's a very good question. We're having difficulty finding information about your notebook to give you an answer about compatibility. If you can provide us with a link to an online manual or even a page with detailed specifications for your Sony VAIO, we'll have a better chance at assisting you. |

Larry, We apologize for the confusion. We do know that the 1.8" Zif works in HP Mini 1000 notebooks but that does not include the full line such as your 1030NR. Please send the photos that you provided RunCore to info@mydigitaldiscount.com. We will try and find you the right drive to upgrade your notebook. |

The product, RunCore Pro IV 1.8" PATA ZIF PLUS SSD / RCP-IV-Z1864-MC, is not compatible with the HP Mini 1000 (1030NR) netbook. I as not able to install the Runcore SSD because it did not fit. Not only is it unable to be attached to the HP drive holder but there was a BIG interference between the Runcore SSD and the HP Mini Mobile Drive Port. I sent an email to Runcore with photos attached to show the differences between the 64GB Runcore SSD and the 16GB HP SSD and a photo showing the interference between the Runcore SSD and the HP Mini Mobile Drive Port. |

I'm hoping the CoreStore SR64C8MME will work in my December 2011 Dell M6600 i7-2720QM 2,20GHz W7 (64-bit) WWAN (30x50mm) empty slot; can't upgrade existing drives due to OEM-software that is serial-number registered, but need a bit more 'space'. |

Steven S, It looks like you'll need a 2.5" PATA IDE drive although we're not aware of any size limitation with that particular PC so you should be able to upgrade over 80GB if you'd like. You can find RunCore options in the link below. http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/runcore-pata-ssd/?&sort=alphaaz&sort_direction=0&xsearch_e20=2.5%22 We also suggest looking into the Super Talent PATA drives, MyDigitalDiscount.com best sellers based on their performance. http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/super-talent-pata-ssd/ |

I am looking for a drive of 64GB or more for a Advent 7110. Model no. EAA-88. Can you suggest which to use. I did read once that it will only take ide drives up to 64 or maybe 80gb. Not sure why that is or if its relevant when changing to a ssd. Its running xp media centre edition 2002 service pack 3. Thankyou |
