If a customer purchases a product on MyDigitalDiscount.com and we subsequently lower the price of the product 10% or more within one business day, that customer is eligible for price protection. With price protection, a claim can be filed with My Digital Discount to request a credit for the difference in price to the customer's account or credit card.
All price protection claims are subject to review and approval by a My Digital Discount representative and must be received within 5 business days of the product being shipped. Sorry, no exceptions.
