Canceling a MyDigitalDiscount.com order must be done over the phone or Live Chat with a My Digital Discount customer service representative. At that time, he or she will walk you through the cancellation process and close out your order.
Cancellation requests via email are also accepted but we strongly suggest utilizing the aforementioned phone or Live Chat options to assure that your order is cancelled immediately to halt shipping.
Canceling an order before the product has shipped
MyDigitalDiscount.com does not charge a cancellation fee on orders closed prior to shipping and follows up each cancellation with a revised invoice email stating that the order is closed for your records.
Orders using credit card or Google Checkout
Because MyDigitalDiscount.com does not charge your account until the item is shipped, we will simply close out your order upon notification.
Orders using PayPal
Orders using this method will be closed out and your PayPal account will be refunded the full amount paid, including shipping costs.
Canceling an order after the product has shipped
In the event an order is canceled after the package has already left the warehouse, the customer will be subject to reimburse My Digital Discount for all fees incurred during the shipping and handling process. This will include the original shipping cost, the intercept fee from UPS, and any fees involved with charging credit cards.
Reinstating a canceled order
Canceled orders can be reinstated at any time. Simply contact our support team though our Customer Service page and they will assist in reactivating your order.
