for all system memory, including those with larger,
taller heatsinks. Thanks to superior active cooling,

The XTC Cooler Rev 2 attaches to your motherboard's DIMM
socket retention levers, making it compatible to use
with all memory modules, including RAM with taller
heatsinks thanks to the improved brackets. While the
fans cool your system memory, glowing LED fans
illuminate your memory subsystem.

* XTC (Xtreme Thermal Convection) heatspreaders
optimize the thermal management of memory modules by
promoting greater airflow by means of micro-convection
throughout what is usually the dead air space inside
conventional heatspreader designs. In this manner,
build-up of heat is avoided and thermal dissipation of
the memory components is offloaded more efficiently
through the honeycomb design. At the same time,
mechanical stability is maintained.
