LC635-5-3-F(14x45) is a laser module that projects a red laser line with a
wavelength of 635nm. Electronics and optics have been integrated into a compact
and robust brass housing of 14 x 45mm.
This line laser is the perfect choice for 3D scanning because of its very
fine and straight adjustable line.
Due to the special glass optics, this laser module generates a sharp line and
doesn't require a rotating polygon mirror or motor. Thanks to its high optical
output power of 16mW, it is suitable even for large objects or under difficult
ambient light conditions. The adjustable focus allows a large range of
operation. The large aperture angle of 90° provides a laser line of 2m length at
a distance of 1m.
Due to the wavelength of 635nm, the visibility of the laser line is improved
compared to standard modules (650nm).
