The RunCore Mini PCI-Express Solid State Drive (Mini PCI-e SSD) is an affordable flash-based storage option with the power to significantly increase the capacity of netbooks with a smaller form factor than standard SSDs. It is the most cost-effective alternative to traditional storage drives available for compatible netbooks.

Mini PCI-e SSDs are faster than the stock SSDs found in mini notebooks, offering a noticeable increase in speed. Their quicker access times increase productivity by allowing easier multitasking between programs and creating shorter load times.

The RunCore Mini PCI-e SSD comes with an easy three-step do-it-yourself upgrade kit that gives you all the tools you need and simplifies the process so that even novice computer users can easily complete it. Each SSD includes a High Speed USB 2.0 HDD case and USB 2.0 cable to clone your existing drive and turn it into an external USB drive, hard drive cloning software, screwdrivers and RunCore stickers.

RunCore Mini PCI-e SSDs are available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities, and form factors of either 50mm or 70mm.

50mm Mini PCI-e SSDs can reach speeds up to 60MB/s write and 80MB/s read. 70mm Mini PCI-e SSDs can reach speeds up to 160MB/s write and 260MB/s read.
